2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From reading the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner was in relationship with the victim girl and the relationship was consensual.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has go clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 289 of 2022.

8. This application stands allowed.
