2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code') for the following relief: "That this quashing application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing impugned order dated 21.01.2015, passed by Learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge VIth Gaya passed in S.Tr. No. 264/14, 463/14 (S.J) wherein and whereby the Learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge VIth Gaya has rejected the petition under Section 227 of the Cr. P.C. dated 19.1.2015 of the petitioner for discharge."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the Court below, ten prosecution

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7878 of 2015(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 witnesses have been examined and the informant is dead.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, as the trial is on the verge of conclusion, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter by exercising its inherent power under Section 482 of the Code.
