JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 428 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, father-in-law, brothers-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, is of committing dowry death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners rather specific allegation of demand is against the husband of the deceased, who is in custody. Further, the

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S.
