JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P. S. Case No. 61 of 2014, registered under Sections 324, 326, 307 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that good relation has prevailed between both sides, so the bail may be granted.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that there is specific allegation against the petitioner for stabbing the informant in his stomach and the case is of the year, 2014, so
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14533 of 2018 (2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on 13.03.2015 and he was apprehended on 06.11.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at present.
The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after six months after framing of charge.
