JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 452, 376/511 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to established forceful physical relationship with the informant and when the husband of the informant made complaint to the parents of the petitioner then they assaulted the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the nephew of the husband of the informant. There is not medical report on record and due to land dispute, the complaint was filed on 22.04.2014 for the occurrence of 20.04.2014 which came to be registered as a police case on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14644 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 08.08.2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the complaint and relationship between the petitioner and the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
