The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 272 of 2016 registered under Sections 384, 504 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.- VI.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the petitioner opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner has criminal antecedents and there is direct allegation against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21228 of 2017 (8) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
