This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
The recovery of liquor was from a truck standing near the house of the co-accused, Pankaj Singh. The police confidentially came to know that supply was made by the petitioner and co-accused, Dharmendra, from Jharkhand. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2017. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner as well as considering the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
