The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.183 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35, 36 and 38(1)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
