This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rafiganj P.S. Case No.110 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 395 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Unknown criminals have committed dacoity of Rs.2,37,265/- from Gramin Bank. The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2023.

During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18382 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
