Petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30/38 of the Bihar Excise Act. It has been alleged that 105 bottles of 300 ml. illicit Nepali liquor kept in a bag has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2017. The petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of this petition. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20858 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
