Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute on the order of the petitioner, some other co-accused committed murderous assault. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2017. Investigation is already complete now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16434 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kumarkhand (Bhatani OP) Police Station Case No.260 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
