JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 941 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354(A), 325, 504, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that while the dancing was going on, the petitioners came over the stage and started dancing with the informant, who was a Orchestra dancer. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and so far lifting of girl is concerned, this allegation is against other accused persons, though the petitioners are accused in one more case, the

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 941 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
