1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or directions to the respondents for grant/ release of two additional increment for acquiring Higher Education/Qualification (PGDBM Course Equivalent to MBA) for which petitioner is entitled for or liable.

B. The respondents further be directed to pay the statutory interest and arrear of dues amount to the petitioner at such rate or the claim as this court

Patna High Court CWJC No.3853 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 deems fit and reasonable from the office order dated 03.08.2010/18.01.2011."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Regional Executive Director (ER), Airport Authority of India, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
