29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Upendra Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Six petitioners, invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have prayed for quashing of order dated 18-11-2011 passed in Barh P.S. Case No. 41 of 2011. By the said order, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, after receipt of the chargesheet, in which all the petitioners have been forwarded as accused, has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 307, 379, 384, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24346 of 2013 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 Arms Act, 1959.
The petition stands dismissed.
