Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 498A, 504 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the informant is in the habit of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10678 of 2020(4) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 filing cases against the petitioners as she had earlier filed Kateya P.S. Case No.388 of 2018 against the petitioners with similar allegation.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
