However, learned counsel for the Union of India has filed counter affidavit in which this Court has been informed that the petitioner's transfer was a routine transfer as he had already completed four years of service at his particular place of posting i.e., Koilwar. Since the petitioner's place of posting and in pursuance of the said order of transfer, the petitioner has already joined and had been relieved vide Direction and Signal dated 06.04.2017 contained in Annexure-4, the present application has now become infructuous.
