JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner took `50,000/- from the informant for preparing his vehicle subsequently, he issued a cheque which got bounced. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the money has been returned to the informant in cash. Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being ready to deposit `25,000/- before learned court below which will be invested in some fix deposit scheme in connection with present case which will be subject to the result of the present case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

No.7340 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 On deposit of aforesaid amount, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
