2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.18 of 2023 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, lodged on 01.05.2022 under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36151 of 2022 with liberty granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after one year of framing of charge. Counsel further submits that the charge has been framed in this case on 13.01.2023 and one year has already been lapsed, but the trial has not been concluded. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2022.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that from the report, it transpires that only three witnesses have been examined and the Trial Court has demanded six months time to conclude the trial.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at present.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.18 of 2023 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, pending before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Araria is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Divyansh/- U T
