2. State counsel accept notice for respondent nos. 2 and 3. Service of notice to 1st respondent is dispensed since Respondent No. 1 has no concern with the grievance of the petitioner.

3. Petitioner's counsel to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel, if it is not already served.

4. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are hereby directed to furnish physical efficiency test result with reference to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7418 of 2021 dt.10-02-2022 2/2 petitioner's candidature so as to enable her to know under what circumstances she has not passed physical efficiency test. If petitioner has not passed physical efficiency test, she has remedy of appeal before the review authority. She is permitted to avail the same.

5. The concerned authority is hereby directed to undertake review physical efficiency test. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, her name shall be proposed for further selection.

6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
