The petitioner seeks bail in Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. From the written report, it appears that there is no any specific allegation of overt act against the petitioner. There is no sufficient material against the petitioner.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
