====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation the minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner. On her recovery in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C she has stated that she went with the petitioner to several places. He did not establish any physical relation with her. From narration made in the statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C it appears that she has voluntarily went with the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20884 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
