The petitioner seeks bail in Chousa (Fulout) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

7.5 liters of country made liquor made of Mahua is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 07.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
