The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 370A/372/373/376 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4/5/6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. s It appears that out of four accused, three have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court and allegation against the petitioner is almost similar to that of the accused persons who have already been allowed bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12413 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.579 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
