====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Heard the learned senior counsel, Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, for the petitioner.

It appears that the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner has already been rejected by this Court on 15.12.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.55597 of 2015.

The argument of the learned senior counsel is as the same as that earlier argued while rejecting the bail application. The only fresh ground raised is that the petitioner is in custody since about two and a half years. From perusal of the order passed by the Sessions Judge, it appears that the charge has already been framed and two witnesses has already been examined by the prosecution, and therefore, it appears that the trial is in progress Thus, at this stage, no fresh ground is found to enlarge the petitioner to bail.

Accordingly, this bail petition is rejected. The trial may be expedited.
