Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Janki Nagar P. S. Case No. 140 of 2015, registered under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the 6 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Ajmer. Moreover, the petitioner has clean antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Md. Najim @ Md. Najim, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S.Case No. 140 of 2015.
