Petitioner seeks bail in Dinara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 377, 307, 504, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the written report, there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2017. The petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of this petition. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20897 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
