2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 81/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the relationship, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
