Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.468 of 2017, registered under Sections 467/468/471/420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that while applying for appointment on compassionate ground, the petitioner was seeking the appointment on the basis of certificate issued by unrecognized institution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of forged document rather it is alleged that certificates were obtained from unrecognized institution and other similarly situated co-accused Jagjiwan Paswan and Munna Kumar have been admitted to bail by this Court by orders dated 23.02.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14282 of 2018(2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 and 06.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.10943 of 2018 and 12651 of 2018 respectively.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Santosh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.468 of 2017.
