Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.10.2022, passed by the learned Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Patna in connection with Senior Citizen Appeal No.03/2021-22, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the respondent no.5 (father of the petitioners) has already died during the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3545 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 interregnum period, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
