2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 750 ml illicit liquor was recovered from the Baramda of the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. The house in question, from where the alleged recovery has been made, is a joint property house. Petitioner is an old lady having aged about 60 years and has got no criminal antecedent. She undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 6 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 21 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
