The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,353,427,186,188,171C and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the FIR named accused persons and others put obstruction during PACS election.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that eight persons were named in the FIR but the petitioner is not named and the accusation is omnibus and general in nature. It is further submitted that some of the co accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
