This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The first information report, relating to murder of the son of the informant, is against unknown. After twenty months of the occurrence, suspicion was raised against the petitioner, during investigation of the case. Considering the belated suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2011 (Sessions Trial No. 487 of 2015) to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, I, Sitamarhi, or successor Court.
