Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307, 337, 341, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act. It is alleged that 19 accused persons including 200 unknown blocked the road and when the police went to clear the blockage then stones were pelted on the police personnel.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and none has received injury.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.11475 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 320 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
