Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,427 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Allegation is that a mob of particular political party having association with a particular political party damaged the glass of the vehicle of the informant. The FIR is against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12727 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area Police Station Case No.149 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
