Petitioner is accused in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019 registered under Sections 147/148/ 323/354(B)/379/307/504/506 of I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries are found simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
