The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 379, 504, 506/34,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13100 of 2022(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/3 447, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting and outraging the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific accusation is against Md. Kurban who is not petitioner before this Court. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 04 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13100 of 2022(2) dt.06-09-2022 3/3 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
