The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
According to FIR, when the petitioner was apprehended by the police, from his possession one loaded country-made pistol along with two live cartridges and a stolen motorcycle were allegedly recovered.
Submission is that in some other cases, registered against unknown, the petitioner has been implicated due to atrocities of the police. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2017. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to

Considering the aforesaid facts especially the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after two months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with T.R. No.1481 of 2018, arising out of Bhorey P.S. Case No.133 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
