Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The recovery of liquor is alleged from the grocery of Sonu Kumar. Petitioner was also apprehended thereat. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16197 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Dhansoi Police Station Case No.158 of 2018, Ex. G.R.No.05 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
