The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 166/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has not denied the compromise petition, in fact, has supported the compromise. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusari, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 166/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
