The Petitioners seek bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149,448,341,323,326,307,379/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report there is specific allegation against the co-accused Ramendra Paswan of assaulting the informant with sword on his head causing injury.
