The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 493 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

10 bottles of Tuborg Gold each containing 500 ML, 9 bottles of Ruslam Vodka each containing 180 ML and 28 bottles of Virgin each containing 180 ML liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that about 11 liters liquor was recovered from the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21059 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Sikarahna, Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 493 of 2016.
