Taking nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 283 of 2016 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case no. 56/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge 14, Patna stands rejected.
