Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Santosh Thakur and Loknath Singh have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.4697 of 2018 vide Annexure-2.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.153 of 2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13569 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 (arising out of Alamganj Police Station Case No.386 of 2017), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
