This application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not persuaded that any case has been made out warranting cancellation of the bail granted to the opposite party no. 2. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the opposite party no. 2 she would be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as available to her in law.
