2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the petitioner has never misbehaved with the informant's daughter.

4. Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has reiterated the accusations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
