Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 913 of 2022 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022 registered under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Unknown criminals had fired indiscriminately upon the deceased and killed him. During investigation materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime as one of the assailants of the deceased. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents also under Section 302 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13381 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 The trial of the case is going to be commenced as the charges have already been framed.

Considering the fact that this is a case of brutal killing of a person in the town of Patna in which the petitioner's involvement has been found, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
