Petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner took Rs. 2 Lacs from the informant to fix the job of his sister in Anganbadi. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no any documentary proof to substantiate that Rs. 2 lacs was taken by the petitioner from the informant. It has been further submitted that the FIR has been lodged after delay of more than one and a half years. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2017. The petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20898 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 3 of this petition.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
