Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

In the house of co-accused Md. Bobin, sign of explosion of bomb was noticed and the remains of bomb were seized. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession statement of co-accused Kamil Mallick @ Lulha. Submission is that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged explosion or the said house and confession of co-accused before the police is no evidence.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12622 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No. 786 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
