The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 380 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 201, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of non fulfillment of demand for dowry.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the mother-in-law and fatherin-law of the deceased victim lady and the husband is already in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11012 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 custody since 28.11.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedent, and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2400 of 2040.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 380 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) K.K.RAO/- U T
