18-08-2016 At the very outset, Mr. Rashid Izhar, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the present petition was filed against order rejecting revision petition, which was preferred against order of rejection of discharge petition, however; during the pendency of this petition, charges were framed and evidence has already commenced.
In view of the fact that trial has already commenced, there is no reason to examine the matter.
The petition stands disposed of.
